WHEN WILL MY COUTURE BAR ORDER SHIP?
All orders will be shipped within one business day of when the order was placed. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your shipment.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?
We do not offer refunds at this time but you will be eligible for a store credit when you email us within 30 days of when you placed your order, the item you no longer want must be returned to us in the original packaging and unused with a copy of the invoice in order to receive a store credit. We do offer exchanges within 30 days of when the order was placed, all return shipping costs and packaging are the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be unused and in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice. We are 100% confident in our products and we are committed to your happiness, please email us with any concerns at email@example.com with "Exchange" or "Store Credit" as the subject.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW BRACELET?
Keep your bracelet stored in a cool dry place and avoid getting it wet to prevent any damage to the leather, gemstones and crystal beads.
HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST ME?
All shipping costs are determined by Canada Post depending on the weight of the package and the final destination. During the checkout process after you have filled in your address your shipping cost will be calculated at that time and added to your total.
